Linda Hennes

Grants Coordinator

Linda Hennes serves San Diego Zoo Global as Grants Coordinator in Global Partnerships. She has training in federal, pass through, and recipient grants, along with foundation awards. Her current scope of responsibilities involves overseeing grants from pre- through post-award for the divisions of Plant Conservation, Population SustainabilityConservation Genetics, and Reproductive Sciences. Linda also is responsible for the Institute’s National Science Foundation awards.

In her role as Grants Coordinator, Linda works with grant awards related to a number of projects, including coastal sage scrub restoration, the California condor Baja reintroduction program, the Pacific pocket mouse and kangaroo rat projects, and the Central Africa Program based in Cameroon.

Linda earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University.
